How to place an order

To place an order simply browse through the site and select the items that you would like to buy by clicking on 'Add to Cart'. Click on 'View Cart' to see and update the content of your basket at any time. To complete your order press 'View Cart' and then 'Proceed to Checkout', here you will be asked to log into your Pay Pal account, if you have one, or for your details in order to open a new account. All prices on the website are in UK Pounds Sterling. Pay Pal accept most major Credit Cards and it is a secure transaction method.

Shipping & Delivery

UK ORDERS All goods will be sent via Royal Mail First Class, if you require Recorded Delivery (which require a signature upon arrival) please select it at the bottom of the page and the extra charge will be added to your basket. We aim to post all orders within 3 working days and we will notify any foreseeable delay to the buyer as soon as possible. Please note that we will keep proof of postage for every item sent but we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post or delays in the shipping. Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order please email us at info@superfumi.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Please note that we will not issue an exchange or refund for items that have been damaged by you after receipt. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you post the items via recorded delivery. Delivery charges and return shipping costs will not be refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.

All prices are stated on superfumi.co.uk, although Superfumi reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.

Personal Data

Superfumi will be processing the customer's e-mail address and delivery address for the purpose of performing the order you place with us. We will not pass on your personal data to any third parties.
